Manager Explores New Horizons

My client, a manager at a large organic foods company, came to me with relationship and productivity issues.  The doubt about whether or not he was in the right place, both at work and at home, was starting to tear him apart.

Through coaching, it became clear that his ties to the past were interfering with his satisfaction in present time. He learned strategies for letting go and began a daily spiritual practice. Most critically, he was able to integrate the gifts that his past had given him. Rather than simply closing the door on the past, he sourced a new level of strength and sensitivity from what he had experienced. He gave himself permission to explore the part of himself that was an artist and healer.

As he grew stronger in present time, his relationship improved and he felt more confident about his choices. His commitment to his work increased, and he was more productive as a result. He came to realize that he could explore new horizons while being gracefully supported by the career and relationship that he already had developed.

When our coaching relationship ended, he was very happy about his life and was learning and developing a part of himself that had previously been fallow.
